Erika is an energetic individual who loves learning and growing in the holistic field. She truly enjoys sharing her passion with others and assisting them on their own journeys. Erika is on our staff as a Reflexologist, Reiki Practitioner, and Yoga Teacher.
Erika became a Certified Reflexology Therapist upon completing a 300-Hour Integrative Reflexology Certification with Elysia Bates in 2015. She believes that in the hands of a knowledgeable, caring, and intuitive practitioner, clients are able to soak in the many benefits of reflexology and call upon their body’s own natural capability to heal itself. She promotes a supportive and comforting atmosphere during her sessions, and holds space for her clients to relax and renew. A session with Erika is deeply restorative in nature, and nourishes the whole body while tending to the client’s individual needs.
As a Yoga Teacher, Erika is constantly learning and exploring. She completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2011 in Costa Rica with Marianne Wells and a 300-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Coral Brown and All That Matters Faculty in 2018, making her a 500 RYT instructor with over 1,500 teacher hours. She has taken over 100 hours of additional workshops and trainings, to include Prenatal and Restorative Teacher Trainings. Erika’s yoga classes offer mindful exploration, support, and relaxation. She loves welcoming beginners into the practice of yoga.
Erika is forever blossoming and unfolding, and hopes to help others do the same. She is a current student in the Clinical Holistic Mental Health Counseling Masters Program at Salve Regina University.

Jeanie knew from the time she had her ob rotation in nursing school in 1985 where she was meant to be. She has dedicated her almost 35 year career to helping mothers, babies and new families.
She started her career in a hospital setting where she worked in labor & delivery, newborn nursery, postpartum and on high risk obstetrical unit. Her career was rewarding but she didn’t stop there. She had the passion for teaching and became a certified childbirth educator and lactation consultant.
Jeanie married her husband, Ken in 1989 and they welcomed their two sons, Nicholas and Michael a few short years later. Motherhood was also one of her passions so she decided to leave the hospital setting and joined an ob-gyn practice to have more time with her family. She was very involved in their school activities, volunteered at the school store, became treasurer for the PTA, team mom for baseball, chauffeur to baseball, hockey and soccer practices and games, homework coach and most importantly, her sons’ biggest fans!
In 2014, she followed her heart and left her office nursing career and focused on holistic approaches. She became a Reiki Master Teacher and plans on developing programs to assist expectant mothers and mothers after delivery with physical and emotional changes that occur with each transition.
In her words ” Life is a journey. We are challenged with obstacles. It’s a roller coaster ride filled with bumps along the way. We can choose to accept those challenges to make us stronger with each lesson we receive. Parenthood is also a journey. I want every new parent to enjoy their experience, give them helpful information, encourage them to be self confident and lastly to be grateful for each day as it passes so quickly! Let’s enjoy the ride!”
